A lioness trailled into a dense under-groath as 4 cubs trailled behind her. " Kitashi!" Growled Kialla. " A pale male walked slowly up to his mother, and sat. " Kialla licked her cub thourally, before calling another cub. " Larota" she snarled, trying to rush the cubs. She repeated the step 3 more times and sighed. A pride would be alot easier.
When the cubs had fallen asleep, and the sun had fallen, the shape of a lioness made her way to search for a pride.
Larota stood up, confused. Why had her mother waken them so early?
Kialla walked and worked all day long, stopping to let the cubs have a drink. She was only a young mother. Over another hill, threw a forest until they came to a lake, surrounded by animals, but most importantly lions. Kialla worried, new lions would kill new born cubs. She knew this because it was the fate of her siblings. " Hello, my fellow felines, I wish to join your pride" She purred.

A dark lion flicked his head around, his golden mane in tow. "Hm? Who would you be? I am Akaito." He roared, his tail flicking. A dark red lioness purred and nuzzled Akaito, her body slick. "Okre, check this stranger over, will you?"
Okre nodded and walked over to Kialla, sniffing her ear and then her paws. "She's a mother, Akai-kai." The dusky red lioness said quietly. "Well obviously, can you not tell be sight, Okre?" A tan adolescent lion pointed out, his vibrant blue eyes shining. Akaito turned to the teen and nipped his ear. "Ow!" "Don't be so indolent, Aikan! Have you forgotten about... that?"

" All I want is in, nbut if you want except me tehan please except my cubs!' She growled. " Kitashi, Lorota, Mickara and Nikisha, come here." Their mother's voice was stern but the cubs came. Nikisha stood proudly beside her siblings as if she was a male lion, looking down on his land. " Please except me, my siblings and my mother" Her jaws opened and the words came out fluently.

Akaito nodded after a short hesitation. "Fine. But I must ask that only the female cubs join. No male will challenge my rule as king."

"No. The males must go. Or would you rather I make Aikan kill them?" Akaito snapped bitterly. At the mention of his name, Aikan tensed and looked at Kialla's male cubs.

Tears swelled up in her eyes. It wasn't fiar. This male had no right to say that. " Fine! I'll take my cubs elsewhere!" Kialla hissed, padding away. " Come" Was all she needed for the cubs to follow

{Knock yourself out
Bit of powerplay, sorry.}
Ochre leapt in front of the cubs, stopping them from going anywhere. She grabbed one, a male by the scruff and held a claw to his throat.

"Because these are my last and my first litter, right now, my cubs mean the sun, the moon and the sky to me. Please, don't deprive me of this." Riallabegged, her eyes pleading with softness. Surelly, he would be kind, or he was no king at all.

Ochre sighed. "You're so weak. It's disgusting. Akaiti~! What do we do with them?" She growled, lashing her tail.
Akaito frowned. "Stop calling me that.. But, we may as well let them live. Killing them wouldn't be of benefit, at least."
